Add Products to Your Catalog

Your storefront needs products. PressOS lets you add products two ways: from the SanMar catalog (auto-fills everything) or manually for custom products.

Option A: Add from SanMar catalog

This is the fastest way to add products — wholesale pricing, images, sizes, and colors all auto-fill.

Step 1: Go to Products

Click Products in your sidebar, then Add Product → From SanMar.

Step 2: Search

Search by:

• Style number — e.g., "DT6000" for the District Very Important Tee
• Brand — e.g., "Bella+Canvas" or "Comfort Colors"
• Category — tees, hoodies, tanks, etc.

Step 3: Select and configure

Pick your product. PressOS pulls in:

• All available colors and swatches
• All sizes (XS through 6XL)
• Wholesale cost per size
• Product images

Set your retail price — this is what customers pay on your storefront (blank cost + your markup). You can set one price for all sizes or different prices per size.

Step 4: Add a description

Write a customer-friendly description. Keep it short:

• What the shirt is (material, fit, weight)
• Why they'd want it
• How it prints (DTF prints look great on this blank)

Step 5: Publish

Click Publish and the product appears on your storefront immediately.

Option B: Create a custom product

For products not in SanMar (your own blanks, ready-to-press transfers, accessories, etc.):

Step 1: New custom product

Go to Products → Add Product → Custom.

Step 2: Fill in details

• Name — what customers see
• Description — what it is and why they'd buy it
• Images — upload product photos
• Variants — create size/color combinations with individual SKUs and prices
• Price — set per variant or one price for all

Step 3: Set inventory (optional)

Track stock levels per variant if you want. When inventory hits zero, the variant shows as "Out of Stock."

Step 4: Publish

Same as above — click Publish and it's live.

Ready-to-press (RTP) transfers

If you sell pre-made transfers (not custom orders), create them as custom products:

• Name: "Good Vibes DTF Transfer"
• Variants: sizes (e.g., "Full Back 12×14", "Left Chest 3.5×4")
• Price: per transfer
• Image: photo of the transfer or a mockup

Customers buy them like any product and you ship the transfer (not a pressed garment).

Tips

• Start with your top sellers — you don't need 500 products on day one. Add your 10–20 most popular blanks first.
• Product customizer — for products where customers place their own artwork, enable the product customizer (separate tutorial).
• Categories — organize products into categories (Tees, Hoodies, Tanks, Transfers) so customers can browse easily.
• Hide products — set to "Draft" to temporarily remove from storefront without deleting.
