When you log into PressOS, you land on the Production Hub — a single screen that shows you exactly what needs your attention right now.

What you'll see

The Hub organizes everything into status groups:

• Act Now — things that need immediate attention (unpaid invoices, pending approvals, overdue orders)
• Waiting — items waiting on someone else (customer approval, blank delivery, payment)
• In Progress — active work (printing, pressing, shipping)

The sidebar

On the left side, you'll see your main navigation:

• Jobs — all your orders and their current status
• Production Hub — the command center you're looking at
• Purchase Orders — blanks you need to order or have ordered
• Print Queue — films ready to print
• Pressing — transfers ready for heat press
• Fulfillment — orders ready to pack and ship
• Products — your product catalog
• Pricing — your decoration cost profile
• PrepOS — artwork prep tools
• MockOS — mockup builder
• GangOS — gang sheet builder
• PodOS — your storefront and customer-facing tools
• Customers — your customer list and their portals
• Messages — your team inbox

Key things to notice

1. Everything is connected — click any order and you can see its quote, mockups, gang sheet, production status, and customer communication in one place
2. Status updates automatically — when a gang sheet prints, the order advances. When pressing completes, it moves to fulfillment. No manual updates.
3. Nothing gets lost — every quote, invoice, order, and message is tracked and searchable
